Smouldering Recovery Feat Every hit dealt by Smoulder to an enemy regenerates 0.25% Action Points.

Critical Conflagration

Critical Conflagration Class Feature Dealing a Critical Hit triggers Smoulder Increases Critical Severity by 10% Bug: Triggers off of Chill Stacks

Snap Freeze

Snap Freeze Feat Applying Chill deals 40 Magnitude damage. This triggers off of every hit of Icy Terrain and Ray of Frost. Bugged and if you are the only Wizard in the group, only applies 7 times.

Chilling Advantage

Chilling Advantage Feat Increases your Critical Severity by 4% per stack of Chill on the enemy, capping at 24%. Bug: Currently does not function.

Frigid Winds

Frigid Winds Feat Increases your damage by 1% per stack of Chill on the enemy. Bug: Does not increase Smoulder damage.

Relative Haste

Relative Haste Feat Grants 1% Cooldown Reduction for each stack of Chill on your enemies, capping at 10%
